В России в Ухте городской суд признал 19-летнего жителя Республики Коми виновным в умышленном уничтожении чужого имущества. В пользовании чужим гробом. И не только.
В сентябре молодой человек напился на улице и понял, что домой дойти не в силах. К тому же замерз. И, увидев витрину салона ритуальных услуг «Услуг», мгновенно понял, где ему греться и спать: он разбил стекло, забрался внутрь и лег спать в гроб.
Утром его разбудила вызванная работниками салона полиция.
Молодого человека, который уже ранее привлекался к уголовной ответственности, наказали 10 месяцами лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком на 1 год.
Кроме того, он обязан заплатить штраф. Ущерб от его действий составил около 23 тысяч рублей. Любитель сна в гробу уже возместил его владельцу.
Хулиган говорит, что он был пьян и замерз. А работники магазина – что он гроб при этом выбрал самый дорогой и мягкий.
