Американская фармацевтическая компания Pfizer начала тестировать антивирусный препарат, разработанный для лечения COVID-19 на ранних стадиях.
Новый препарат PF-07321332 планируется давать заболевшим вместе с малыми дозами ритонавира. Фармацевты начали фазу 2/3 испытаний. Предыдущие испытания продемонстрировали хорошую переносимость лекарства и отсутствие побочных эффектов.
Тестирование охватит 2 660 человек. Заболевшие будут принимать препарат дважды в сутки в течение 5-10 дней.
