Что случилось в Хьюстоне? Люди гибли, а рэпер продолжал петь?
В США в Хьюстоне в штате Техас 8 человек погибли в давке во время музыкального фестиваля Astroworld. Более 300 получили травмы разной тяжести.
Трагедия произошла в день открытия фестиваля во время выступления рэпера Трэвиса Скотта вечером 5 ноября.
Когда на сцену вышел Скотт, зрители начали двигаться к сцене. Сначала началась давка, потом паника.
17 человек были госпитализированы сразу, 11 — с остановкой сердца. Вскоре медики подтвердили 8 летальных исходов.
В какой момент прибыли спасатели? Со сцены Трэвис Скотт несколько раз прерывал выступление и просил охрану проверить, все ли в порядке со зрителями у сцены. Ему показалось, что некоторым из них становится плохо.
«Я потрясен тем, что произошло прошлой ночью. Я молюсь за членов семей погибших и всех тех, кто пострадал на фестивале», — написал Скотт в Твиттере, добавляя, что намерен сделать все, что в его силах, чтобы жители Хьюстона оправились от этой трагедии.
Всего на концерте было 50 тысяч зрителей. Организаторы фестиваля отменили все дальнейшие мероприятия.
