В Литве акция протеста против обязательной вакцинации у здания парламента 10 августа закончилась беспорядками.
Многие протестующие написали в социальных сетях о незаконных действиях полиции, превысивший, по мнению участников акции, свои полномочия. Речь шла не только о силовом воздействии. Некоторые пользователи Сети сделали допущение, что полиция использовала «зараженный» газ, инфицирующий коронавирусом.
В ответ полицейские пообещали в социальной сети «вакцинировать» автором таких сообщений газом.
«Создателям и последователям теорий заговора, а также всем, кто в них верит: если 10 августа полиция использовала газ с вирусом, то информируем, что в следующий раз (если потребуется) будем использовать газ с вакциной».
Во время беспорядков пострадали 18 полицейских, были задержаны 26 человек, некоторых их подозревают в заведомой организации беспорядков.
Начато также расследование по 167 ст. УК ЛР (незаконный сбор информации о жизни частного лица). Причиной расследования послужили меседжи с просьбой указать за вознаграждение имена и адреса полицейских, участвовавших в подавлении протеста.
