В Индии в Мумбаи уличные коты нашли в грязной яме пятидневную девочку. Заметить брошенную умирать новорожденную с высоты человеческого роста было нереально. А вот кошки в поисках еды ее увидели.
И — коты пошли звать на помощь. Они собрались возле канавы на обочине дороги и стали шипеть, рычать, громко мяукать, очевидно требуя внимания всех, кто оказывался рядом. Кошачий концерт был таким громким, что действительно собрал зевак.
Пятясь к ребенку, завернутому в грязную рубашку и частично погруженному в сточные воды, животные смогли добиться того, что люди увидели девочку. Она им тоже «помогала» — изо всех сил плакала.
Полицейские обернули новорожденную чистой тканью, накормили смесью и отвезли в больницу. Девочка сильно обезвожена, но жива и, по словам врачей, идет на поправку. По мнению специалистов, ее совсем скоро можно будет передать органам опеки.
А коты не получили никакой награды. Просто следовали инстинкту.
