Изображение «Святой Джавелин» — Богородицы, держащей в руках американский противотанковый «Джавелин» — стало вирусным после вторжения российской армии в Украину.
От продажи мерчей с картинкой уже выручили более миллиона долларов. Все средства направляются украинцам, пострадавшим от российской агрессии.
Автор мема — маркетолог из Канады, житель Торонто Кристиан Борис. В 2014-2019 годах он работал в Украине.
Еще до начала вторжения РФ в Украину он создал наклейку стоимостью 10 долларов, чтобы собирать средства в помощь украинским сиротам. Для этого он создал сайт SaintJavelin.com, на котором можно было сделать заказ.
При участии канадской благотворительной организации HelpUs Help проект расширили. Футболки, флаги и постеры с изображением появились в продаже в 60 странах. За месяц удалось собрать более миллиона долларов.
