Созданный с целью «разрушения мифов о женских гениталиях, рассказа о них в свете гинекологических исследований и борьбы с предрассудками», музей не может содержать себя. Кроме того, истекает договор аренды здания на улице Камден-Маркет, и музей вот-вот окажется бездомным.
Экспозиция пользуется популярностью у туристов, но из-за пандемии их приток в Лондон иссяк.
Сотрудники музея просят помочь найти новое место, соответствующее их критериям и бюджету, и оплатить переезд.
Владельцы здания на Камден Маркет намерены в самом ближайшем времени открыть в арендуемом музейщиками помещении магазин одежды.
