Немецкие ученые научились определять приближение смерти по анализу крови
Немецкие ученые презентовали технологию, позволяющую предсказать скорую смерть по анализам крови с точностью до 83% случаев.
Пока точность прогноза — 10-летний период. Специалисты взяли для эксперимента образцы крови более 44 тысяч европейцев возрастом от 18 до 109 лет.
За время исследований умерли 5 512 участников. В ходе исследования ученые смогли определить 14 метаболических маркеров, связанных с иммунитетом, уровнем глюкозы в крови, жировыми отложениями, воспалениями и так далее.
Эти биомаркеры объединили в тест и сопоставили их с общими факторами: индексом массы тела, уровнем холестерина, нестабильностью давления, наличием вредных привычек и раковых, а также сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Итог — тест предсказал скорую смерть 83% участников эксперимента.
