Спустя год после смерти чемпиона мира по футболу и бывшего нападающего сборной Аргентины Диего Марадоны оказалось, что великого спортсмена похоронили без сердца.
Накануне об этом сообщил аргентинский невролог и телеведущий Нельсон Кастро. По его словам, медики продолжают изучать сердце Марадоны для установления полной картины смерти. Кастро обратил внимание на то, что сердце Марадоны весило 500 граммов в то время, как вес здорового органа составляет около 300 граммов.
В конце октября бывший адвокат Марадоны Матиас Морла заявил, что уход за больным аргентинцем был организован плохо. Он убежден, что ошибки ухода привели к смерти экс-спортсмена.
Марадона скончался 25 ноября 2020 года в возрасте 60 лет. Причиной смерти стал острый отек легких, вызванный сердечной недостаточностью. В мае 2021 года обвинения в непредумышленном убийстве звезды предъявили семерым медикам.
Марадона известен выступлениями за «Барселону», «Наполи» и «Ньюэллс Олд Бойз». В составе сборной Аргентины он стал чемпионом мира в 1986 году.
Но изъятие сердца ради врачебных изысканий — вовсе не причина, по которой футболиста похоронили без сердца. Оказывается, полиции стало известно, что футбольные фанаты намерены его украсть.
