В Москве Государственный обвинитель попросил суд приговорить к 10 месяцам лишения свободы блогера из Таджикистана Руслана Бобиева и его подругу, модель Анастасию Чистову. Судья мирового судебного участка № 370 Тверского районного суда вынесет решение по делу 29 октября.
Пару обвиняют в оскорблении чувств верующих из-за фотографии, снятой у храма Василия Блаженного на Красной площади в Москве.
29 сентября в инстаграме и тиктоке Руслана Бобиева появился снимок, где женщина в куртке с надписью «Полиция» стоит на коленях перед Бобиевым, а он держит ее за волосы. На фоне храм Василия Блаженного.
Блогер подписал снимок: «Трудовой кодекс — не Уголовный, можно и нарушить».
1 октября Бобиева и Чистову отправили на 10 суток под административный арест, кроме того, блогера-таджика оштрафовали на 5 тысяч рублей и пригрозили депортацией.
