Чрезмерная привязанность к гаджету может лишить его владельца иммунитета. Об этом доктор медицинских наук Игорь Азнаурян, титулованный офтальмолог, накануне поведал в радиоэфире, о чем рассказывает Лента.ру.
Продолжительное использование смартфона (как и обычного компьютера) может вызвать у человека «синдром сухого глаза». Это означает, что слезные железы перестанут выделять влагу.
«Когда мы смотрим на экран, то мы не моргаем, а завороженно читаем, играем, смотрим или что-то еще, и в этот момент у нас с вами глаз подсыхает, но мы на это не реагируем», — поясняет Игорь Азнаурян.
Именно этот синдром становится причиной снижения иммунитета: без спасительной смывающей влаги микробы, проникающие в зону глаз, вредят организму.
Выход — глазные капли. Пользоваться ими постоянно медик советует всем, кто вынужден проводить у экрана гаджета весь день. Полностью слезной жидкости капли не заменяют, но увлажнить слизистую помогают.
