Винокурня из Нью-Гемпшира (США) представила новый виски с необычным ключевым ингредиентом — инвазивными зелеными крабами.
Компания Tamworth Distilling заявила, что она объединилась с проектом NH Green Crab Project Университета Нью-Гэмпшира для создания виски House of Tamworth Crab Trapper, который, как утверждается, «сделан на основе бурбона с добавлением крабов, кукурузы и смеси специй», пишет Upi.
Dладелец компании Стивен Грасс сказал, что разработчики сварили более 90 фунтов крошечных крабов для приготовления крабового бульона, который затем был укреплен нейтральными зерновыми спиртами производства Tamworth и перегнан на ротационном вакуумном аппарате.
