В китайской провинции Хубэй невеста надела на свадьбу 60 кг золота. Отнюдь не от чванства и желания похвастаться всем и сразу: в провинции верят, что именно отгоняет злых духов и притягивают удачу.
Все местные невесты надевают на свадьбу побольше золотых украшений, но девушка, ставшая героиней сетей, побила рекорды: ее ожерелья и браслеты действительно потянули на 60 кг.
В итоге во церемонии она передвигалась с трудом. Жених и родственники фактически переставляли ее с места на место.
Откуда столько золота? Большинство изделий были подарены родней жениха в качестве «выкупа», еще часть добавилась прямо во время церемонии, преимущественно, браслеты.
