В Нигерии в индустриальном мегаполисе Лагосе обрушился почти достроенный 21-этаэный небоскреб. Сейчас под завалами могут находиться не менее 100 человек.
Все они — состоятельные люди. Элитное здание возводилось в районе фешенебельной застройки, где жилье стоит очень дорого. Самые дешевые апартаменты продавались за 1,2 миллиона долларов.
Спасатели подтвердили гибель 7 человек. Извлечены и семеро выживших. Владелец здания, по неподтвержденным данным, тоже находится под завалами.
Комиссар полиции штата Лагос Хаким Олусегун Одумосу сказал, что еще слишком рано определять причину обрушения.
