В Одессе снова наказали вора чтением. Это уже практика? И какие на этот раз?
В Украине в Одессе все тот же суд Малиновского района вынес новый «книжный» приговор. Судей поразила и биография подсудимого, и то, как он читал по слогам.
Приговоренному к 3 года лишения свободы вору заменили наказанием годом условно. За этот период он должен прочесть трилогию Льва Толстого «Детство», «Отрочество», «Юность», а также стихотворение Ивана Франко «Строфы».
Такое решение вынес судья Александр Гарский. В июле этого года 26-летний мужчина проник в квартиру знакомого и вынес мобильный телефон и 50 гривен.
Подсудимый нигде не учился, прежде жил на улице, затем попал в приют. У него жена и 3-летний сын, кроме того, в семье есть и ребенок жены от первого брака.
По мнению судьи, выполнение этих обязательств даст подсудимому «возможность понять других людей» и постигнуть, «как оставаться высоконравственным человеком».
