В России в судебном порядке запретили 61 версию телефонов Samsung
Арбитражный суд Москвы вывел за скобки российского рынка 61 модель смартфона корейской компании Samsung Electronics и ее российской дочерней компании.
Отныне в Россию нельзя ввозить, реализовывать и хранить для продажи модели от вышедшей в 2017 году Galaxy J5 до новейших «раскладушек» Galaxy Z Flip и Samsung Galaxy Fold.
Причина — платежный сервис Samsung Pay. 21 октября была опубликована резолютивная часть дополнительного решения суда по иску швейцарской Sqwin SA. Компания призвала запретить использование в России платежного сервиса Samsung Pay. По мнению организации, он нарушает права Sqwin SA на изобретение «Система электронных платежей», охраняемое российским патентом.
В июле суд запретил «Самсунг Электроникс Рус Компани» и Samsung Electronics ввозить и продавать гаджеты с функцией Samsung Рау. Но тогда конкретные модели смартфонов не назывались. 19 октября огласили весь список. В нем 61 модель Samsung.

Увы, пользователи гаджетов все чаще сталкиваются с ограничением в правах. Телеграф рассказывал о том, что компания Google отключила 27 сентября от своих сервисов все смартфоны, работающие на устаревших версиях Android. Владельцы больше не смогут пользоваться почтой Gmail, видеосервисом YouTube, картами Google Maps и другими фирменными приложениями.
