Студия MAD Architects спроектировала зеркальный «офис будущего», размесив его в виртуальном Голливуде.
Это высотное здание со множеством зеленых насаждений внутри. Задача такого подхода — сбалансировать требования к рабочей атмосфере и натуральной эргономике.
В реальности новую голливудскую высотку может возвести в центре мегаполиса. Иначе говоря, есди разрешение на строительство, будет получено, «офис будущего» на самом деле появится в Голливуде на бульваре Сансет.
Создатели проекта «башни будущего» вдохновлялись представлениями о Голливудских холмах, которые сегодня уже нельзя увидеть воочию.
Подробности пока что не разглашаются, но реальное высотное здание будет состоять из 22 этажей. На нескольких этажах расположатся большие террасы, усаженные деревьями. В здании будет функционировать фуникулер, доставляющий гостей к смотровой площадке и ресторану на верхнем этаже.

Телеграф рассказывал о том, что в китайском городе Шэньчжэне строится уникальный студгородок Shenzhen Terraces площадью 9,5 га. Он будет включать многочисленные аудитории, общественные зоны, спортивные объекты, развлекательную инфраструктуру. Леса и овраги будут смыкаться с рекреациями для занятий.
