В Японии представили летающий байк со скоростью до 100 км/ч. Мотоцикл, который называется Xturismo, разработчики — стартап A.L.I. Technologies — показали на трассе вблизи Фудзиямы.
Мотоцикл весит 300 кг, на максимальной скорости он может находиться в воздухе без касания поверхности до 40 минут. Байк одноместный.
Что с ценой и продажей? Стартап начал принимать предзаказы по стоимости 682 тысячи долларов. Лимитированная серия из 200 машин поступит в продажу в первой половине 2022 года.
Xturismo работает на двигателе внутреннего сгорания, который запускает два больших винта, они и держат байк в воздухе. Функция контроля высоты, аналогичная используемой в дронах стартапа, позволяет мотоциклу лететь плавно.
Ожидается, что байк будут использовать не только гонщики, но и спасатели во время операций на воде.
