В Японии сотрудникам крупной компании разрешили брать на работу кошек. Зачем?
В Токио крупная компания поселила в офисе 9 кошек. Их подобрали на улице. Руководство решило, что, благодаря их присутствию, сотрудники, работающие в жестком корпоративном режиме, будут легче справляться с постоянным стрессом из-за потогонки и не терять работоспособность к концу дня.
Кошкам позволено ходить по всему офису, залезать на столы и отвлекать сотрудников всех уровней.
Руководство фирмы уже отметило, что питомцы помогли — сотрудники стали, как ни странно, сосредоточеннее, а из офиса ушли мелкие сиюминутные рабочие дрязги.
Есть и минус. Кошки грызут провода, офисная техника уже несколько раз выходила из строя.
Но отказываться от них никто не собирается. Более того, работникам компании разрешили брать на работу своих кошек, если их не с кем оставить.
Отметим, что эксперимент проходит на фоне сурового «запрета на животных» в перенаселенном Токио. Многие арендаторы не предоставляют квартиры людям с животными. Для того, чтобы погладить кота, приходится идти в кошачье кафе.
