Во французском Ажене началась эвакуация населения. Ливни подняли уровень воды на 1 метр и она уже в квартирах
Южные регионы Франции стали в буквально смысле «тонуть» из-за прошедших накануне сильных ливней. Особенно пострадал город Ажен, затопленные центральные улицы которого уже стали достоянием Сети.
Несколько часов назад в Ажене началась эвакуация. Заместитель мэра города Клеманс Браднолен-Робер призвал население мобилизироваться и предельно быстро выполнять распоряжения спасательных служб.
В ряде городских кварталов уровень воды превышает один метр. Затоплены первые этажи домов, подвалы и подземные гаражи. Жителей других населенных пунктов департамента Лот-и-Гаронна, столицей которого является Ажен, предупредили об угрозе оползней и обвалов.
Пострадал не только Лот-и-Гаронна. Национальная метеорологическая служба Франции объявила «оранжевый» уровень погодной опасности в 32 департаментах страны из-за сильных дождей и угрозы наводнений.
В ближайшие часы в департаментах Од и Тарн ожидается до 120 мм осадков.
