Берите червивые грибы! Мы расскажем, как очистить от «лишнего»
Люди, отправляющиеся в грибы с семьей или компанией, знают, что радость находок могут испортить комментарии товарищей «брось, он же червивый». Приходится расставаться с красотой.
Некоторые придирчивые хозяйки во время чистки отправляют в мусорку до трети принесенных грибов. Но делать этого не нужно, ведь есть простейший способ освободить грибную плоть от «жителей» — на вкусовых качествах их присутствие не сказывается.
Готовим крутой соляной раствор. Емкость выбираем в соответствии с принесенным объемом.
Вода должна быть тепловатой. А вот соли сыпем, не жалеючи.
Сортировать грибы перед помещением в «соляную ванну» не нужно — это лишняя трата времени.
Складываем грибы в соленую воду на полчаса. За это время можно принять ванну, отогреваясь от лесной промозглости.
