Собираясь на свидание, нужно хорошо подумать, не подведет ли вас желудок — урчанием или, того хуже, несварением, которое заставит вас носиться в уборную или беспомощно оглядываться в поисках «маленького домика».
Принято думать, что враги романтики — это продукты, которые провоцируют неприятный запах изо рта — лук, чеснок, копченая рыба, специфичные сыры вроде брынзы.
Но есть и продукты, которые меняют запах тела! И, если вы не хотите, чтобы к аромату вашей кожи и отдушинке духов примешалось «что-то странное», не ешьте перед прогулкой или свиданием брокколи, любую капусту. Сюда же — красное мясо. Ни в коем случае — специи, особенно карри и тмин.
С газами тоже все просто. Чтобы в животе не заурчало в неподходящий момент, не ешьте в день встречи бобовые и цельнозерновые продукты, а также твердые фрукты. И никаких газированных напитков.
А вот о том, какие продукты провоцируют обильное потоотделение, вы, возможно, не знаете:
Острый перец
Соусы с обилием специй
Горячие супы
Если ваши отношения еще недостаточно прочны — не позволяйте партнеру заказывать ребрышки и любые иные блюда, которые едят руками: не факт, что ваша манера это делать пойдет вам в плюс.
Не стоит и есть незнакомое в случае, если вы никогда прежде не лакомились предложенным деликатесом: мы не знаем, как отреагирует желудок.
