Вы принесли в дом ведро вишен, но радость тут же сменилась тяжким вздохом: из каждой ягодки предстоит удалить косточку.
Учимся делать это быстро. Инструменты можно использовать разные — от «профессиональных» принадлежностей вашей кухни до подручных.
Чеснокодавилка
В гнездышко для зубчика вкладываем ягоду плодоножкой вверх. Придавливаем штыречком, который есть на другой ручке. Возможно, вы даже не знаете, что он именно для этого.
Булавка
Этот предмет, скорее всего, есть в хозяйстве даже у холостяка. Выдавливать косточки будем дугообразным концом, прижимая отверстие к ягоде так, чтобы невидимая косточка попадала по центру.
Бутылка и палочка
Бутылка может быть из-под колы или минералки, палочка — для суши или коктейльная. Вкладываем вишенку в горлышко бутылки, придерживая пальцами, ведь в диаметре ягода чуть меньше. Тыкаем палочкой в ягоду — косточка падает в бутылку, ягода отправляется в миску или тазик.
Почему так сложно — удивитесь вы. Разве не проще купить специальное устройство для отделения ягодных косточек от мякоти? Разумеется, можно поступить и так. Но только если вы готовы потратиться на бытовой прибор, который будет использоваться несколько раз в год, а остальное время занимать место в нише буфета. Впрочем, решать вам.
