В жару есть не хочется, не можется, мы ничего не хотим, постоянно что-то пьем, мало двигаемся, — в итоге все же что-то едим, чувствуем себя неважно и совсем не радуемся лету.
Как организовать «знойный стол»? Все просто, ешьте что хотите, — кроме продуктов, которые необходимо исключить.

В жару не нужен кофе — достаточно утренней чашки. В критическую температуру кофе бодрит особенно сильно, кроме того, усиливает жажду.
Ничего соленого и копченого!
Не нужно есть выпечки с кремом: риск быстрой порчи ассортимента кондитерских плюс дополнительные силы организма на переваривание.
Не нужно есть фаст-фуд — это быстрые углеводы, в зной их переваривание тоже изматывает организм.
В жару нельзя пить (выпивать) — удовольствие от качественного спиртного напитка вы не получите, так как на первое место выйдет «быстрый хмель»: в разы усиливается токсичное воздействие алкопродуктов.
