Instagram-блогер из США уже больше 80 дней питается сырым мясом. Он говорит, что будет «есть сырое мясо каждый день, пока не умрет от бактерий».
Мужчина решил радикально сменить диету после того, как разочаровался в растительной пище.
Свой рацион 34-летний американец документирует в Instagram. Мужчина ест все: от сырого мясного фарша до сырых коровьих мозгов, запивая мясо молоком или сырыми яйцами.
По словам блогера, он начал этот эксперимент после того, как у него появились проблемы со здоровьем из-за растительной диеты.
«Когда я начал есть на завтрак стейк и яйца вместо рогаликов и смузи, я чувствовал себя сытым большую часть дня, мое головокружение и боль из-за углеродного сбоя начали уходить», — объяснил американец у себя на странице.
Исследователи прокомментировали: современный человек, начиная от зубов и заканчивая пищеварительной системой, не приспособлен к употреблению сырого мяса. Такая диета может навредить здоровью, даже если едок не заразиться сальмонеллой или кишечную палочку.
