Жители Томска заметили, что в одном из городских дворов экскаваторщик переливает ковшом воду из одной лужи в другую. Причем делает это весь день.
Видео, снятое жителями крупного российского города, мгновенно распространилось в Сетях. Обстоятельства инцидента пока неизвестны. Комментаторы допускают, что коммунальщики часто выполняют бесполезную работу ради отчетов. В Сетях уже появились мемы с экскаватором и подписью «когда оплата почасовая».
