Международная федерация кошек (FIFE) запретила россиянам участвовать в международных выставках из-за вторжения в Украину. Санкции действуют с 1 марта.
«Погибло много невинных людей, еще больше ранено, сотни тысяч украинцев вынуждены покинуть свои дома, чтобы спасти свою жизнь. Мы все можем стать свидетелями разрушений и хаоса, вызванных этим беспрецедентным актом агрессии. Кроме того, наши украинские коллеги-любители кошек отчаянно пытаются позаботиться о своих кошках и других животных в этих тяжелых условиях», — говорится в заявлении, опубликованном на сайте FIFE.
В FIFE оценили усилия членов клубов из стран, граничащих с Украиной, — Польши, Румынии, Венгрии, Словакии, Молдовы, помогающих украинским друзьям-заводчикам.
Запрет будет действовать как минимум до 31 мая 2022 года.
Кроме того, кошек, выведенных в России, нельзя будет вывозить и регистрировать в родословной книге, выпущенной под эгидой FIFE.
