В Украине в Ровно во время расследования кражи из квартиры компьютера потерпевшая и подозреваемый начали жить вместе. В день судебного заседания женщина уже не имела претензий по воровству и попросила судью не лишать ее нового друга свободы.
Суд особенно развеселил тот факт, что она — далеко не единственная потерпевшая от профессионального взломщика.
В августе 2019 года злоумышленник по имени Максим украл компьютер из квартиры молодой женщины по имени Оксана. Продал его, потратил деньги, а вскоре его поймали.
Оксана оценила ущерб в 3 тысячи гривен, а Максим успел совершить новые преступления. Например, забрать у прохожего мобильный телефон и тоже продать.
Но в ходе расследования налетчик и потерпевшая стали жить вместе. Во время судебного заседания женщина просила судью не лишать вора свободы, но судья Ровенского горсуда Сергей Наумов решил присудить Максиму год и месяц ограничения свободы по другим эпизодам.
Отбывать срок налетчик будет в исправительном центре неподалеку от места жительства своей дамы.
