Полиция в США остановила водителя, который вез пластиковый скелет в качестве пассажира. Курьезный случай сразу попал в СМИ.
Чтобы ехать по выделенной полосе движения, водитель посадил на пассажирское кресло муляж скелета в худи. Дело в том, что на американских автомагистралях есть специальные выделенные полосы (HOV lanes, или high-occupancy vehicle lanes) для транспортных средств с пассажирами. Они нужны для того, чтобы уменьшить дорожные заторы. Для того, чтобы передвигаться по такой полосе, необходимо, чтобы в салоне помимо водителя находился как минимум один пассажир.
Однако хитрость нарушителя не сработала. Официальный представитель патрульной службы, который выложил в Twitter фотографию, уточнил, что скелет «не считается» — пассажир «должен быть живым».
Теперь водитель должен будет заплатить штраф 186 долларов — такое наказание предусмотрено за незаконную езду по выделенной полосе без пассажиров, если нарушитель пойман в первый раз.
Сверх этого водитель заплатит 200 долларов — штраф для тех, кто использует куклы, манекены и другие «муляжи» пассажиров, включая скелеты.
Кстати, скелет был не настоящий, а пластиковый. Иначе речь шла бы о совсем другом наказании.
