В швейцарских Альпах вертолеты со специальной оснасткой спускали в долину с горных пастбищ коров.
Животных по одной цепляли к тросам, и те парили на высоте 2 тысячи метров, медленно спускаясь вниз. Наверное, им было не очень приятно. Подписчики шутят, что теперь коровы дадут не молоко, а масло.
В Швейцарии коровы проводят лето на высокогорных пастбищах, возвращаясь домой к осени. Обычно с наступлением холодов и иссякании свежей травы они спускаются с гор сами. Но больных и пожилых животных приходится эвакуировать. В этот раз десять коров из тысячи во время сезона выпаса на альпийских лугах получили травмы. Вертолеты доставили их по воздуху до перевала Клаузен, далее животных усадили в грузовики.
Остальное стадо идет с пастбища своим ходом. Традиционно животные пойдут на ежегодный парад крупного рогатого скота в Урнербоден.

Недавно Телеграф рассказывал о корове Рани из Бангладеш, рост которой всего 50 см при длине 60 см. Рани не слишком рада быть коровой-лилипутом, но хозяин не бросает ее и даже пытается зарабатывать, позволяя туристам сфотографироваться с рогатой карлицей.
