Жителей России будут штрафовать за хранение закаток в подвалах
В России городские муниципалитеты вплотную, ибо наступил сезон, займутся выполнением действующего с 1 января регламента, согласно которому запасы на зиму нельзя хранить вещей в цокольных помещениях многоквартирных домов, иначе говоря, в подвалах.
Запрет распространяется также на проходы, коридоры, лестничные площадки, сообщает канал «Царьград».
Так а где хранить? Только в официально оформленных индивидуальных кладовых.
Владельцам, чьи закатки будут обнаружены во время контрольных рейдов в неположенном месте, грозит штраф: от 2 до 3 тысяч рублей. Заниматься проверками будет пожарный надзор. И, если закатки «поймают», управляющая компания дома либо ТСЖ заплатит штраф от 6 до 15 тысяч рублей.
