В Индии женщина из деревни в штате Мадхья-Прадеш километр бежала за леопардом, который схватил ее 8-летнего сына.
Индианка со своими тремя детьми разжигала костер возле дома, чтобы согреться. В какой-то момент на семью напал леопард. Он схватил восьмилетнего мальчика в зубы и побежал в направлении леса.
Леопарду было тяжело быстро бежать с ношей, поэтому мать догнала его, хотя и не сразу. Хищник сидел на земле, сжимая мальчика когтями, когда мать бросилась на него и выхватила сына голыми руками. Вырвав ребенка, она побежала к деревне.
Леопард снова напал, когда женщина и ребенок подбегали к деревне. От смертельного исхода спасли односельчане, которые уже бежали навстречу. Увидев скопление людей, хищник убежал.
