Бассейн в пострадавшей от наводнений китайской провинции Хэнань предложил жителям уроки плавания и попал под штрафные санкции, нарушив закон о рекламе,
Заголовок рекламного поста, который администрация бассейна выложила на платформе WeChat, бьет не в бровь, а в глаз: «Хэби затопило! А вы все еще не научились плавать?».
Хэби — город в провинции Хэнань, которая пострадала от сильнейших наводнений, вызванных проливными дождями.
На публикацию в контексте стихийного бедствия обратили внимание в местном управлении по контролю и регулированию рынка. В итоге администрация бассейна получила штраф размером 200 тысяч юаней ($31 тыс.) за нарушение закона КНР о рекламе, иначе говоря — за создание рекламы в контексте, оскорбляющем чувства жителей, ведь начавшиеся 16 июля ливни разорили 13,9 миллионов жителей.
По данным на 2 августа, из-за наводнений в провинции погибли 302 человека, еще 50 числятся пропавшими без вести. Совокупный экономический ущерб от наводнений в Хэнани составил 90,9 млрд юаней ($14 млрд).
