В Испании в Бильбао вблизи городской набережной в реке Нервьон установили скульптуру тонущей девушки. Голова девушки, выполненная из стекловолокна, скрывается под водой во время приливов и появляется во время отливов.
Скульптура под название Bihar (в переводе с баскского — «Завтра») призвана напомнить об изменениях климата. Автор работы — мексиканский художник Рубен Орозко. Реалистичную скульптуру заказала организация BBK Foundation, которая занимается развитием провинции Бискайя.
Художник верит, что его 120-килограммовая скульптура сможет напомнить людям, что их действия могут утопить Землю или удержать ее на плаву.
Скульптуру установили поздно ночью — утром она стала неожиданностью для местных жителей.

Телеграф рассказывал о том, что в водах Крита появился доступный дайверам сад скульптур, выполненных из экологичного материала, способного интегрироваться в локальную биосферу. Со временем их покроют гряды водорослей. Но пока каменные дети резвятся под водой, поражая опустившихся на дно туристов.
