Индийский фермер Шрикант Гоуда из индийского штата Карнатака отчаялся защитить свои поля от опустошительных набегов обезьян. И покрасил свою собаку «в тигра».
Гоуда понадеялся, что это отпугнет животных-вредителей, уничтожающих урожай. Его вдохновил опыт другого фермера, который разложил на полях игрушечных тигров.
Фермер нарисовал на шкуре пса характерные черные тигриные полоски. Он использовал качественную дорогую краску для волос, которая держится месяц.
Это сработало — обезьян стало в разы меньше. И теперь фермеры-соседи тоже намерены превращать своих псов в тигрособак.

Мы рассказывали о том, как работники индийского метрополитена тоже решили использовать для защиты от обезьян, к тому же, священных, муляжи. Только не тигров.
