Краски с приходом августа, а за ним — скорой осени, становятся менее яркими. Поддержать жизнерадостную палитру каждого дня последнего месяца лета можно, готовя яркие салаты. Например, фирменный салат от Телеграфа с рукколой, арбузом, креветками и голубикой.
Август — царство голубики. Голубика — это «бомба» витаминов и антиоксидантов, ягода, особенно ценная для стабилизации сердечно-сосудистой, центральной нервной и эндокринной систем. Особенно активно ее нужно есть людям, у которых от длительной работы за компьютером падает зрение, а также тем, кто опасается раковых рисков.

Салат с голубикой, рукколой, арбузом и креветками
Если вы готовите салат для двоих, достаточно 400 г креветок, большого пучка рукколы, 200 г голубики и столько же арбуза.
Еще понадобятся брынза (примерно 50 г), 3 столовые ложки оливкового масла и 2 льняного.
Обжариваем очищенные креветки на оливковом масле в течение 2 минут до розоватости
Крупными кубиками режем арбуз
Руками крошим брынзу — но не всю, чуть оставьте для украшения
Смешиваем подготовленные продукты, добавив рукколу и голубику
Вливаем льняное масло, аккуратно, без надавливания, перемешиваем и посыпаем сверху остатками брынзы.
