Готовим картошку с салом на углях так, как никогда не делали прежде!
Несмотря на непредсказуемую августовскую погоду, все же едете на дачу? А что вы будете там готовить? Скорее всего, снова отдадите предпочтение жаровне или мангалу — ведь сезон еды под открытым небом, приготовленной на открытом же огне, увы, короток.
Сегодня мы не будем мудрить и поделимся с вами простейшим рецептом, для которого понадобятся картошка и сало. Но посмотрите, какой получается результат!
Картошка с салом на углях с острым томатно-чесночным соусом
На приготовление у вас уйдет полчаса. Понадобится картофель по числу едоков, 500 г сала, по 2-3 помидоры, свежий острый перец — тоже парочка. Из зелени — петрушка и укроп, а также 5 зубчиков чеснока, молотый черный перец черный молотый, две столовые ложки растительного масла, соль.
Сначала делаем соус
На терке трем помидоры
Добавляем мелко нарезанный острый перец, зелень и чеснок
Солим, перчим и добавляем растительное масло
Теперь готовим другие продукты — картофель разрезаем на 4 части и заливаем кипятком на 15 минут. Сало режем тонкими «листами» — так, чтобы в эти листы можно было завернуть дольки картофеля в сало.
Жарим на углях по 10 минут с каждой стороны и едим с соусом! Идеальное блюдо для дождливых выходных.
