Кабачки больше не радуют миниатюрностью? Из больших сделаем рулетики
Сегодня кабачки выглядят на грядках и у продавцов уже не так очаровательно, как месяц назад, когда их нежнейшая мякоть таяла во рту, а счищать нежную кожицу было одним удовольствием.
Многие дачники и даже опытные хозяйственники до последнего не снимают урожай, желая, чтобы кабачок подрос, в итоге мы получаем «громилу». Не расстраивайтесь – это идеальный материал для рулетиков, фаршированных овощами.
На приготовление кабачковых рулетиков от Телеграфа понадобится всего 20 минут. Берем кабачок, репчатую луковицу, одну средних размеров морковку, два болгарских перца, из специй — кориандр, черный молотый перец и, разумеется соль.
Отдельно предстоит приготовить рассол: на 500 мл теплой воды берем 2 чайные ложки 6%-го уксуса, по щепотке кориандра и соли, несколько лавровых листиков.
Сначала готовим начинку — нарезаем лук с морковью и обжариваем, затем добавляем болгарский перец и немного воды, тушим.
Кабачки нарезаем тонкими слайсами и обжариваем на просторной сковороде (можно и на гриле).
Когда все остыло, заворачиваем начинку в кабачки, складываем в емкость с рассолом и ставим на 2 часа в холодильник.
