Летняя шарлотка с черной смородиной — очень вкусно и по силам всем
Вот и пришло время черной смородины, сменившее сезон клубники. Аппетитная блестящая крупная ягода так и просится в рот, — но много ее не съешь. А вот испечь с ней шарлотку от Телеграфа — то, что нужно.
Смородины понадобится немного — всего 200 г. Еще нужны 160 г пшеничной муки, 200 г, 4 яйца, по чайной ложке соли и ванильного сахара.
Форму для выпекания подберите из имеющихся в доме, желательно, чтобы ее диаметр был близок к 20 см.
Прежде, чем заняться тестом, включим духовку на 180 градусов, пусть прогреется. Взобьем яйца с солью до обильной пены, добавим ванильный и тонкой струйкой — обычный сахар. Продолжаем взбивать миксером на высокой скорости до пышной массы, увеличившейся в 3 раза.
Просеиваем муку, избавляясь от комочков. Важно получить гладкое и воздушное тесто.
Выкладываем на дно формы пергамент.
Выливаем тесто, выкладываем вымытую и подсохшую смородину.
Выпекать пирог 40-45 минут, не открывая дверцу первые 20 минут.
Узнать о готовности несложно, втыкая в изделие зубочистку. На ней не должно быть следов сырого теста.
