Каждая хозяйка стремится включить в новогоднее меню не только традиционные и любимые всей семьей, но и новые блюда.
Можно приготовить сытный и оригинальный салат «Новогодняя шишка».
Понадобится:
150 г отварного куриного филе;
2 яйца вкрутую;
100 г консервированных шампиньонов;
80 г любого твердого сыра;
150 г миндаля;
2-3 столовые ложки растительного масла;
Майонез, соль и перец по вкусу.
Сначала готовим компоненты: куриное филе нарезаем небольшими кусочками, отдельно трем на терке яйца и сыр, шампиньоны нарезаем кусочками и обжариваем на масле. Смешиваем все ингредиенты смешиваем, солим, перчим, заправляем майонезом.
Выкладываем на блюде два овала в виде шишки. Верх салата покрываем миндальными орешками. А украсить блюдо можно настоящими еловыми веточками.
