Пока не закончилась кукуруза. Готовим кукурузные ребрышки — это нереально вкусно и просто!
Кукуруза еще не исчезла с рыночных прилавков. И, если вы уже вдоволь наелись отваренных в масле молодых початков, – пора знакомиться с новым рецептом. Тем более, что кукуруза вот-вот закончится.
Читаем новый рецепт от Телеграфа и отправляемся за початками прямо сейчас.
Нам нужны початки кукурузы — сколько хотите, оливковое масло, соль и побольше специй. Предпочтительны красный молотый перец, сухой чеснок, имбирь, орегано, паприка.
Ставим кукурузу на «попу» и аккуратно, чтобы не порезаться, острым ножом разрезаем ее пополам, а затем каждую половинку — еще на две части. У вас должны получиться четыре одинаковые продольных четвертинки, напоминающие по форме ребрышки.
В миску вливаем масло, добавляем специи, перемешиваем
Выкладываем «ребрышки» на противень, покрытый пергаментом
Промазываем ломтики кукурузы маслом со специями, используя кулинарную кисточку или тампон
Далее осталось только запечь. Запекаем 20 минут при температуре 180 градусов.
