Швейцарский салат — легкая и вкусная закуска из нескольких простых ингредиентов. Он быстро готовится и подходит в качестве закуски к напиткам.
Ингредиенты:
300 г консервированной ветчины;
200 г желтого сыра;
6-7 маринованных огурцов;
4 яйца;
чеснок;
майонез, горчица;
соль, перец, сладкий перец.
Нарезаем сыр, ветчину и огурцы тонкими полосками длиной около 4 см. Сваренные яйца и чеснок режем кубиками. Выкладываем в миску, добавить 3 столовые ложки майонеза и 2 столовые ложки горчицы. Приправляем солью, перцем и щепоткой сладкого перца. Перемешиваем и ставим на 3 часа в холодильник, чтобы ароматы слились.
Готовый салат раскладываем в бокалы. Его подают к мясным ассорти и на аперитив с напиткам.
