Вы умеете готовить свиную грудинку в пиве? Просто, но есть тонкости
Самое время подумать о меню на выходные. Появилась минутка не спеша выбрать мясо и приготовить его с толком и с душой? Давайте сделаем грудинку в пиве. На глазок, вы, наверное, знаете, как ее делать, но мы предлагаем и впрямь очень простой рецепт.
Нам понадобится
1,2 кг свиной грудинки
0,5 темного пива
Чайная ложка паприки красной сладкой
По 2 чайные ложки сахара, соевого соуса, сушеного чеснока
2 звездочки бадьяна
5 зубчиков чеснока
2 веточки розмарина
Соль и перец
Сначала свиную грудинку нужно разрезать на большие куски, натереть их солью и перцем.
Далее на хорошо разогретой сухой сковороде без крышки обжариваем грудинку до золотистой корочки. Огонь лучше не увеличивать, ведь жир «стреляет».
Выливаем в сковороду пиво
Добавляем бадьян
Под крышкой на среднем огне тушим 30 минут, переворачивая и посыпая сухим чесноком
За 10 минут до готовности посыпаем крупно нарубленным чесноком, добавляем веточки розмарина и поливаем соусом.
Соус делается так: смешиваем соевый соус, сахар и сладкую паприку.
Есть блюдо можно как горячим, так и холодным.
